You've spent the time creating your site, ensure that it can be seen by allowing B&B Publishing to properly optimize it for search engine placement. B&B Publishing will research the most important keywords for your type of business (keywords are the words or phrases that are typed in search engines to find your type of business online) and generate a report based on the research. With your input, we will fine-tune the list of keywords and then use it as the basis for creating the meta tags for your site (Meta tags is the background coding that tells search engines what your site is about. They include page titles, descriptions, and keywords). Finally, we submit your site to an online submission company.


Once your site is optimized, B&B Publishing will provide the following ongoing services:

  • A monthly report that gives the total number of visitors received during the prev. month.

  • SEO Review - We will re-evaluate and update your site's meta tags and re-submit it for search engine submission. This service will be performed quarterly for your site.

  • A Quarterly Report - A report that provides visitor totals, the top 5 search engines and urls that provide traffic to the site, the highest performing keywords and the most visited pages on the site.

The Web Hosting/Maintenance Services Include:

  • Twelve months of web space rental and web site maintenance

  • 150 megs of web space & 10 mailbox accounts

  • Frequent check of links, photos and text, email tests, and more to ensure the proper operation of your site.

  • Up to four, minor updates a month

  • The Monthly Report mentioned above also includes details about the maintenance performed on the site during the prev. month and gives the total time spent on the site.

  • A Personal Message Center – An online resource section where you can view your reports, view notices about your site, and email us anytime. The Message Center is designed to coordinate with the rest of your site.
